have the training necessary to codify the vision and ensure you get
it right the first time, so you can move on to other matters.
Bylaws should communicate the structure and flow of authority of the
organization. Too much detail in the bylaws can be just as damaging
as too little. I can help you develop the framework that works best
for your purposes.

In addition, I can conduct a governance documents review to tell you
if you have conflicting rules and processes and whether your current
